ABOUT WORKING WITH C&E

  • Contracts may be for a one-time service, in which case the contract will end when the project is complete.


    Contracts for ongoing services last for one month. A few days before your contract ends, we’ll reach out and ask if you’d like to renew your contract, make any changes for the next month, or discontinue our services. line can make all the difference.

  • All invoices that we send are on a Net 30 payment basis. We typically send two invoices per contract: one for the initial deposit and one when the project or contract is completed.

  • Our service fees cover our time, knowledge, resources, and energy. They do not cover the cost of advertising, your domain name, monthly web hots cost, etc., or any digital services used by an outside party.

  • The scope of work is a detailed list of what C&E will do in the upcoming month or for the entirety of the project. We believe that the scope should always reflect the needs of your business and can easily be adjusted at the end of each month.


    The scope of work is outlined in the contract. Anything can be added to the scope of work via a Change Order which may increase our service fees accordingly.

  • We’d love to tell you that results are guaranteed, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee results. Marketing and advertising are not definitive or exact scientific methods.


    However, we can provide research that shows how our marketing services positively impact other businesses and set you up with tools for long-term success.

  • We recommend that you re-evaluate our services every month. Our goal is to bring you value. If that is not happening, we understand your decision to renegotiate or part ways. We are very open to feedback and want to know how to keep your business so, if we cancel a contract, we ask that you let us know why, so we can improve.

  • Please contact us at any point after the contract is signed to cancel. There will not be a refund for services already performed or put in motion.

  • Our goal is to empower you. You can cancel any time.
